Prices in USD, and they're the prices you pay — we don't run surcharges for senior therapists or peak times. Courses of six are available on most treatments at a 15% discount.
Gift cards available in any amount. We ask for 24 hours' notice to move an appointment — less than that and we charge 50%.

The one treatment on our list you won't find at every salon. We trialled it for eight months before putting it on the menu.

Bio Rajeu is a professional-strength serum built on plant phospholipid micro-vesicles — carriers that get actives further into the skin than a standard serum manages. The active side is a Matrixyn™ peptide complex with Myrothamnus extract, hyaluronic acid and fermented actives.
It's applied over six 50-minute sessions, a week apart. We open a fresh vial in front of you each time and work it in with a twenty-minute lymphatic massage. No needles, no downtime — you can go straight back to work.

About the studio
Two rooms on Powell Street
Lumière opened in 2016 in the same two rooms we're still in. Elena Marsh runs the studio and has fifteen years in the trade; Priya and Dana have been with her for six and four years respectively. Nobody here works on commission, which is why you won't be sold a course you don't need.
We're a five-minute walk from the Powell and 20th stop, and there's usually street parking on 21st if Powell is full. The room is up one flight of stairs — mention it when you book if that's a problem and we'll make arrangements.
Been coming for brows every six weeks since they opened. Priya is the only person I trust near them.

FAQs
Questions we get asked
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Brows, tints and waxing we can usually fit in on a Tuesday to Thursday if you walk in. Facials, massage and nails need booking — those rooms are usually spoken for a week ahead.
What's your cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours' notice and there's no charge. Less than that and we charge 50%, because the slot generally can't be refilled. Genuine emergencies are a different matter — just let us know.
I've never had a facial before. What should I expect?
Come with a clean face if you can, though it's fine if you don't. We'll talk through your skin for five minutes first, then you're lying down for the rest of it. Most people fall asleep. Nothing we do will leave you red or peeling.
Do you patch test?
Always, for tints, lash treatments and any course-based facial. It takes two minutes at the consultation and needs to be at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Can I bring my daughter?
We do teen facials from fourteen with a parent present. For everything else the minimum is sixteen, and under eighteen needs a parent to sign.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, any amount, valid twelve months. You can buy them at the desk or by email and we'll post them out.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or Apple Pay at the desk. Courses can be split over three months at no extra cost — just ask when you book.
Is there parking?
Street parking on Powell and 21st, free after 6pm. The 15 bus stops at the corner.
